Products / Description

All products sold by PrimeLeatherWorks are premium leather jackets made from 100% genuine cowhide and suede leather. We take pride in delivering high-quality jackets with strong stitching, durable material, and a comfortable fit.

We also offer customized sizing to ensure the perfect fit for every customer. Minor variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or natural leather characteristics.

We do not compromise on quality, and every jacket is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on PrimeLeatherWorks’s website or landing page are final and are displayed in PKR. Prices are as stated at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. No advance payment is required, and no additional taxes are applied to the product price.

Please ensure that the payment is ready at the time of delivery. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price displayed for the product.

Shipping / Delivery

PrimeLeatherWorks ships products worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on whether the jacket is customized or ready-made:

Customized Jackets: If you choose a custom size, your order will be delivered within 15–17 days, as each jacket is handmade to your specifications.

Ready-Made Jackets: If you select a standard size from our existing stock, your order will be delivered within 6–7 working days.

Responsibility After Dispatch:
Once the package is handed over to the courier service, PrimeLeatherWorks is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused during shipping. We ensure proper packaging and reliable courier service, but any issues occurring after dispatch are outside our control.

We recommend tracking your order via the courier tracking number provided after shipment to stay updated on your delivery.

Return / Refund / Exchange

Conditions for Return:
If your leather jacket arrives damaged, defective, or if within 30 days you find issues with size or product quality, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at [email protected]
or WhatsApp at +92 302 3986743. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Refund Method:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed directly to your bank account. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
